The location of Cloud Nine Dutch bay Wilpattu

We are 12.5km from Puttalam town on your way to Manner on Old Mannar-Puttalm Road.
50 metres to Pubudugama conservation forest and facing Dutch bay.
30 minute boat ride to lagoon islands called “Odeyaitiya” (Udayurputi) and “Pannipitiya”which was hidden among local fishermen and villagers. It is 15 minutes’ drive to Wilpattu National Park.
Front of the resort Mi Oya meet lagoon, 20 min drive to kingdom of Thambapanni (land of coppery sand)
The location is ideal to rest on the way to Dambulla or Anuradhapura.
